JOB
A program whose primary purpose is to ensure the successful inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities in the general workforce. This program provides the required supports to be able to work and be integrated into a work community, promoting autonomy and appreciation of the people with intellectual disabilities, while making them feel more confident in their personal, social, and labor skills.
The Institute has developed a Comprehensive Care Program for Labor Inclusion, with which we try to include all of the young adults in formal job placements, where they are recruited as associates with equal duties and rights. We have successful methods of establishing labor inclusion relationships, managed through partnerships with inclusive entities, not only nationally but also internationally.
