On the 25th of February the event DINNER IN THE MONTH OF LOVE took place, with the help of the well-known and well-loved Beatriz Descamps, expert in culinary arts, who taught an on-line cooking class in order to support the Educational Programs of the Neurological Institute of Guatemala.  This event was done with the valuable support of the Group of Volunteer Ladies of the NIG.  Each participant received a kit with the necessary ingredients to make and enjoy a delicious family meal.

The menu: a delicious beef tenderloin in Brandy Sauce, Pasta with cherry tomatoes, green salad with date vinaigrette, cava wine and a dessert with Praline Pecans.

We thank the 47 participants who accompanied us in this class and supported the scholarship program of the NIG.
